Seasoned Finance Leader Joins Largest Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Broker

 

ATLANTA, GA - LogistiCare, the nation’s largest non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) broker, and The Providence Service Corporation, today announced the appointment of Suzanne G. Smith as chief accounting officer. The 20-year plus industry veteran will be responsible for SEC filings and financial reporting, investor relations, consolidations, overseeing the organization’s treasury, and managing long-term debt and equity-backed securities transactions.

Smith joins LogistiCare and Providence from Cumulus Media, one of the nation’s largest broadcasting companies with 433 owned-and-operated radio stations. As chief accounting officer, she was responsible for financial reporting, payroll, external audits and more.
