- The Phoenix operations center opened in November 2007. It houses administrative services and a call center.
- The call center was estalished to accommodate the growth of LogistiCare's commercial accounts - Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs). It currently supports 34 states in which these organizations provide transportation services as part sof their plans.
- The center opened with 50 Customer Service Representatives taking calls nationwide and is expected to increase to 180 in the facility. It receives approximately 60,000 calls monthly.
- There are approximately 695 transportation providers in the LogistiCare Network providing trips in the states served by the Phoenix center. More than 3,000 trips are booked monthly.
