- LogistiCare manages Medicaid non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for three regions -- I, III and XII -- which cover 22 counties in the Northwest, North Central and the Central parts of the state.
- LogistiCare began managing the program in these regions in February 2007 under a contract with the Arkansas Division of Medical Services.
- Of more than 400,000 covered lives eligible for the Arkansas NEMT program statewide, more than 175,000 live in the regions LogistiCare will manage.
- LogistiCare runs a call center/network operations center in Little Rock.
- The call center/network operations center is staffed by 16 local transportation professionals, call center representatives, quality assurance specialists and others.
