- LogistiCare began operations in Missouri in November 2005, under a contract with the Division of Medical Services, to manage non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for over 500,000 Medicaid recipients.
- The Missouri team also manages statewide HMO contracts for clients in Kansas and Michigan.
- LogistiCare's Missouri call center is located in Kansas City and employs nearly 70 customer service representatives, managers and other NEMT professionals.
- In addition, a regional office in St. Louis gives us a presence on both sides of the state, but it also helps to further the company's goal of delivering superior service to the state of Missouri and its NEMT recipients.
LogistiCare believes in being proactive in our efforts to ensure quality. We are committed to a never-ending quality improvement program, constantly monitoring service through third-party customer survey research and community feedback. We track and respond to all complaints in a thorough and timely manner. A commitment to collecting reliable performance data and ensuring quality performance by our personnel, as well as by local transportation providers, is one more way we stand apart from other companies in the transportation network management industry.
LogistiCare is a company of caring people who strive for excellence and integrity. Through our contributions and strong community involvement, we strive to be a positive influence in the communities in which we operate. On a corporate level, LogistiCare is actively involved with local organizations as well as with national organizations that serve the same clients as LogistiCare.
