- LogistiCare began operations in Delaware in October 2002. We operate a central business office in Dover, where approximately 12 staff are located.
- Clients include the Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance and Part C Medicaid members. For several years, we also contracted with the Delaware Transit Corporation to perform supplemental paratransit services throughout the state.
- More than 50 transportation providers participate in our network, which includes 10 private volunteers. Of these, more than 60 percent are small- and/or minority-owned businesses.
- The company's Norton, Va., network operations center handles call intake for the Delaware operations.
- LogistiCare handles more than 540,000 trips annually for more than 100,000 Medicaid members and Chronic Renal Disease Program members.
- In addition to extensive healthcare facility outreach, the company contributes to the March of Dimes and Delaware Special Olympics, and actively participates in Delaware's Developmental Disabilities Council.
