- LogistiCare handles more than 1,300,000 trips annually for approximately 300,000 people.
- In addition to extensive healthcare facility outreach, the company contributes to the Middletown & Meriden Homeless Shelter food drives and has donated to the Hospital for Special Care toy drive.
- In October 2002, the company renewed and expanded its multi-year agreement with DSS to manage non-emergency healthcare transportation for Medicaid recipients in all but one region of the state.
