LOGISTICARE TO MANAGE TRANSPORTATION FOR ELDER HEALTH MEDICARE ADVANTAGE MEMBERS IN TEXAS

ATLANTA, August 4,  2005 --
LogistiCare announced today that it has signed a contract to coordinate transportation services for Elder Health’s Medicare Advantage members in Texas.

Beginning Sept. 1, LogistiCare will manage transportation to medical appointments using ambulatory vehicles and wheelchair vans for eligible members in San Antonio, El Paso, Houston, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas.

“Once again, we are pleased to be partnering with Elder Health to coordinate transportation for their Medicare members,” said Albert Cortina, chief operating officer of LogistiCare. “Earlier this year, LogistiCare began coordinating transportation for Elder Health’s Medicare Advantage members in the District of Columbia, two counties in Maryland and several counties in Pennsylvania. This is yet another opportunity for us to help meet the growing transportation needs of the senior population.”

LogistiCare will manage the contract from its Oklahoma City regional office.
