ALLEN BOGENSCHUTZ JOINS LOGISTICARE AS DIRECTOR OF RISK MANAGEMENT AND INSURANCE   

ATLANTA, Jan. 3,  2005 --
 LogistiCare announced today that Allen E. Bogenschutz has joined the company as director of risk management and insurance. He will report to Steven Russell, chief financial officer.

Bogenschutz comes to LogistiCare from Marsh USA Inc. where he worked the last four years as a team leader responsible for the formation and direction of Marsh’s Atlanta Transportation Specialty operation. His significant responsibilities included developing business plans, coordinating sales efforts, directing client management goals, developing markets and developing the budgeting process.  

Bogenschutz’ previous experience includes stints with Palmer & Cay, where he worked as a producer, responsible for generating new business. He spent five additional years with Marsh, working as part of the sales team in the insurance brokerage division. And, he was with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as a senior commercial property and casualty underwriter with responsibilities for risk selection by hazard analysis, loss control evaluation and competitive pricing of both prospective and existing policyholders. 

Bogenschutz is a graduate of the Georgia State University with a bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance. He also has earned the designation Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter from the Insurance Institute of America.
