ATLANTA, Jan. 18, 2005 – LogistiCare announced today that its new, wholly owned subsidiary, Provado Technologies, is open for business. LogistiCare purchased Waterbury, Conn.-based OnLine Communications Inc. in February and merged it with LogistiCare’s existing technology subsidiary, Gainesville Technology Services (GTS).
Provado specializes in providing leading-edge technology services that help high-growth companies better connect with their customers. The integrated services offered combine voice, data, network, fax, mobile and software capabilities to help companies reduce costs and attain increased productivity.
