Awarded state contract and began operations for three counties surrounding Detroit Metropolitan area. Added 19 remaining counties for additional ambulatory NEMT work under the state contract in New Jersey.

2009
Signed contracts with HMOs and began NEMT Medicaid operations in Hawaii, New Mexico, and New York City. Secured additional Medicare contracts and began operations in Tennessee and Massachusetts.

2008
Awarded New Jersey's first statewide Medicaid NET brokerage contract. Awarded 36-state NET contract with UnitedHealthcare. Awarded 25-county human service transportation contract from SC Department of Social Services. Signed new HMO contracts in CT, FL, NM, VA, and the District of Columbia.

2007
Entered Arkansas and South Carolina Medicaid NET business. Opened Little Rock, AR and Mullins, SC call centers. Awarded MS dialysis transportation contract. Signed new HMO contracts in Florida, Kansas, Michigan, and Virginia.

Entered Mississippi Medicaid NET business. Opened Jackson, MS call center. Began management of Philadelphia County Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP). Opened Philadelphia call center.

Entered Missouri Medicaid NET business. Opened Kansas City, MO, call center and St. Louis Regional Office.

Entered Colorado Medicaid NET business. Transitioned from the EMTrack legacy software to the new LogistiCADTM system.
